Referring to the announcement of the Mediterranean and Gulf Cooperative Insurance and Reinsurance Company (MEDGULF) dated on16 of Ramadan 1443 AH corresponding to April 17, 2022 AD regarding the invitation to attend the meeting of the Ordinary General Assembly first meeting that will be held at 07:00 pm on Sunday 07 Shawwal 1443AH corresponding to May 08, 2022 AD by means of modern technology. the company would like to remind its shareholders the date of starting the electronic voting, where that electronic voting on the meeting agenda will start at 10:00 am on Wednesday 03 Shawwal 1443 AH corresponding to May 04, 2022 AD, until the end of the Assembly's meeting.
