Terms & Conditions

  1. The Client should pay to MEDGULF a certified check with the amount of (SAR 10,000).
  2. Inspection of the vehicles should be done before the Price will takes place.
  3. The client must sign on the cars list.
  4. Deliver quotations to Administration Dept. In H.Q. Office by sealed envelope.
  5. The Buyer is committed to withdraw his car from warehouse during a maximum period of one week.
  6. The Client should fill in the auction application form & attaching all required documents.
  7. The Buyer must pay all the costs of transferring ownership.
  8. MEDGULF reserves the right in case of violation or non-compliance with who wins the auction within the period specified in clause (5) the confiscation of the amount of the financial guarantee and re-sale of vehicles, and fall right to first refusal.
